Zinsser Bulls Eye 1-2-3 is one of the UK’s most trusted all-purpose primers. This high-performance acrylic primer bonds to a wide range of surfaces, seals porous substrates and blocks common stains while providing the perfect foundation for your chosen topcoat.

Suitable for both interior and exterior use, it can be overcoated with either water-based or solvent-based paints.

Unlike ordinary primers, Bulls Eye 1-2-3 combines outstanding adhesion, stain blocking and fast drying in one product.
